- On-line coaching
- Athlete-initiated communication via phone or email – limited to 3 emails per week
- Initial phone consultation (Skype if preferred) and evaluation
- Weekly emailed program
- Team up: decide & implement techniques/methods that work best for YOU
- One face to face consulting session per month may be added for $50

- On-line coaching with face-to-face consultation
- UNLIMITED Athlete-initiated communication via phone or email
- Face-to-face initial evaluation and assessment
- Weekly emailed program
- Team up to decide and implement techniques/methods that work best for YOU
- Two face to face sessions each month – one running and one core training
