How does the program work? We build your training program each month, using information from your Questionnaire, and ongoing personal interaction. On a weekly basis, we review your program, and any input you provide, and adjust your program accordingly. Communication is encouraged, so I can better monitor your progress and provide guidance for optimal performance.
Coaching Interaction To ensure I have the necessary time to provide exemplary service, I maintain a low coach-athlete ratio to give up to four hours each month to work on your schedule and answer your phone calls and emails. This time includes a balance of schedule review and modification, and athlete-initiated phone conversations and email correspondence. Typically, EDGE members call once a week and/or communicate via email once or twice each week.
The BRAVO EDGE Difference All-around approach to ATTITUDE. What is needed is different for everyone. Whether newcomer, weekend warrior or elite level, an “ATHLETE” resides inside each of us. From our visits, we work together to trigger that component. Sometimes “less is more”, other times we must be pushed to do or explore what is outside our comfort zone. My consultation with you includes much more than schedules, miles run, and number of pushups accomplished.
